Typically, your webmaster handles the changes to your website and we coordinate the changes from an SEO standpoint.

Can you just make the changes to our site?

Yes we can, but we charge hourly.

When can we expect to see increased Search Engine Rankings?

The process of getting relevant keywords ranking for your website typically takes a minimum of 90 days. That process can take significantly longer if the keywords are extremely competitive or if your website requires significant fixes to perform well.

When will I get questions answered?

We offer unlimited email support and email questions are usually answered within a 24 hour period.

Where is your office & can we meet in person to get started?

We work from a couple of brick and mortar offices and a series of virtual offices. YES - We can come to your business for a presentation and to consult with you. YES – We can meet with you even if you are out of state and NO, you won’t have to pay the expense, depending on availability and timing. At this time, our offices are not equipped to handle client meetings.

Why does SEO work have to be continuous?

Improvement in Search Engine Rankings can be temporary or long lasting. To ensure that your rankings improve on a constant basis, an SEO Company will need to constantly work on improving and solidifying your search engine rankings to make them last.

Also, your competitors are likely to start ramping-up their SEO efforts once they see that you have successfully displaced them from the top search rankings.

Why do improvements in Search Engine Rankings take so long?

Search Engines use programs to update their libraries of websites. These search engine programs have to first discover your website, read it, and decide where it belongs in the search engine. In order to correctly train the search engine to categorize your website the way you think it should be listed, requires multiple weeks of diligent work and analysis. The effect of the work we do to improve your website has some delay until search engine updates actually reward the site with higher rankings.

Search Engines may take up to 90 days to perform a large enough update that merits including your website in the search results.

The process of Search Engine Optimization is as hands-on as you want it to be. If you choose to be more hands-on, then you can learn the nuances behind how SEO works. If you choose to be hands-off, then you can devote more of your time to doing what you do best with your business and let us worry about the SEO.

How does the project management of SEO work?

We manage the entire process of covering everything outlined in the quarterly breakdown proposal, and then you have the opportunity to manage us on a weekly basis. We provide the option of conducting a weekly phone call which covers all of the details for up to 1 hour each week.
